How it All Began
Bonjour! I’m Ishita, the founder of French Maven. My journey with French began almost a decade ago in school, when words like ‘chocolat’ and ‘chat’ first sparked my interest. What started as curiosity soon became a lifelong passion.
Over the years, French has been more than just a language for me. It has been my loyal companion, helping me discover new cultures, people and opportunities. It has made me smile during difficult times and has given me the confidence to express myself in new ways. With certifications like DELF B2, I have transformed my love for the language into a mission: to help others discover the same magic.

Why I Love Teaching
Even today, I light up when I hear French in a movie or a song. Teaching allows me to share the same love for French with my students. Watching them smile when they confidently say their first French sentence, or when they finally understand a tricky grammar rule, is what makes this journey worth it.
